Your Rights and Our Commitments

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you and 777px ("we", "us", "the platform") with respect to your use of the website at 777px.biz and all services provided through it. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet at 777px, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If there is anything in these Terms that you do not understand or do not agree with, do not use the platform. You can contact our support team at support@777px.biz before registering if you have questions about anything covered here.

These Terms are written in English for the Pakistani market (en-PK). In the event of any ambiguity, the plain reading of the English text will apply. All financial terms refer to Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility

To open an account and use the 777px platform you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not currently hold another active account with 777px.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 777px or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a 777px employee.

777px reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until the matter is resolved.

3. Your Account

Each person may hold only one account at 777px. Duplicate accounts — whether created deliberately or by mistake — will be identified and all duplicate accounts will be closed. Bonuses and winnings from duplicate accounts are forfeited without exception.

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. This includes bets placed, games played, deposits made and any communications sent through your account. 777px will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 777px account. Do not share it.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Log out fully when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to support@777px.biz immediately.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number current so we can contact you.

Account information including email address and mobile number must be accurate at the time of registration. Any changes must be updated promptly through account settings or by contacting support. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions at 777px are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for most methods. Full processing times are detailed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 777px does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, it will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible.
• Your deposited real-money balance can be withdrawn at any time without wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• 777px reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are processed promptly; timelines depend on the chosen payment method.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 777px may delay or refuse a withdrawal pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

777px offers various promotions including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins and a VIP loyalty programme. Each promotion has its own specific terms covering the minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, expiry period and maximum cashout. These are published on the Promotions page.

• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any one time.
• Claiming a new bonus while one is already active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses are credited to bonus balance and must meet the wagering requirement before converting to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; crash games and live casino titles may contribute less.
• Bonus funds expire on the date stated in the specific offer. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through duplicate accounts, coordinated betting or bonus exploitation strategies — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• 777px reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.

6. Games & Betting

The 777px game library includes slots, jackpot slots, crash games, Andar Bahar, live casino and a full sportsbook covering cricket, football, kabaddi and more. All games are provided by licensed third-party studios with independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 777px does not modify or influence game outcomes.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages based on millions of rounds. Individual sessions can and do deviate significantly from these figures. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

• The minimum bet across most games is Rs 10 per round or spin. Minimum sports bet is Rs 100.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, 777px will attempt to reconstruct the outcome from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• For sports betting: if a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are voided and stakes returned unless a minimum official result has been recorded as defined in the specific sport rules.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs.
• Live in-play markets may be suspended momentarily during critical match events. Bets submitted during a suspension are not accepted.
• Maximum payout limits per event apply and are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.

7. Acceptable Conduct

Using 777px honestly and for personal entertainment is the only acceptable use of the platform. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with any part of 777px.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Using stolen payment details, fraudulent identity documents or false personal information.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or the processing of illegitimate funds.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the platform's technical systems.
• Abusing, threatening or harassing members of the 777px support team.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs or mispricings in the platform for financial gain.

Breach of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

8. Privacy & Data

By registering at 777px, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by requesting account closure, subject to any outstanding transaction or legal obligations that require retention of your data.

• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies as required.
• 777px uses industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.
• You can request a copy of the personal data 777px holds about you by contacting support.

9. Responsible Gaming

777px is committed to providing a safe environment. The platform offers practical tools to help players manage their activity, available from account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session reminders — set a time limit after which the platform will remind you how long you've been playing.
• Cool-off period — take a break from 24 hours up to 30 days. The account remains but betting and deposit are suspended.
• Self-exclusion — close your account for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently.

10. Limitation of Liability

777px provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that it will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777px's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you made to your account in the thirty days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

• 777px is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity or indirect losses arising from platform use.
• Game malfunctions that prevent a valid result will result in stake return, not a payout of any potential winning amount.
• 777px is not responsible for your internet connectivity or device performance.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or death and personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

777px reserves the right to suspend or close any account where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or abuse.
• Duplicate accounts are identified.
• The player has provided false information at registration.
• The player has breached any section of these Terms.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal or regulatory risk to 777px.

Where an account is closed by 777px for reasons other than Terms breach, any real-money balance will be returned. In the case of closure for Terms breach, 777px reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and any applicable legal process.

12. Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or a game result is in error, please contact the 777px support team within 72 hours of the event in question. Include your account username, the game or bet reference, the date and time, and the nature of your dispute. Our team will review the server logs and respond within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved between you and 777px directly, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior member of the team. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all disputes. Decisions made following a full investigation are final.

• All disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event.
• Disputes received after 72 hours may not be considered.
• The decision of 777px following full investigation is binding.
• These Terms are governed by applicable law. Jurisdiction is as specified in our full legal documentation.
